Rose Garden – Pre Blooming Period

I went to the Rose Garden today over by the Raleigh Little Theatre and NCSU. The roses were budding, but not yet ready to bloom. Except for one tiny solitary yellow rose. I’ve decided that I’ll go back in two weeks (and with the hopes of beautiful weather like today) and see if the bushes are in bloom.
