Redo: Turning old pics into something new

I got to test this morning with AlienSkin’s Bokeh plugin and onOne’s Focal Point for Photoshop. Hands down, onOne’s Focal Point got my vote for purchase on two counts: 1) cheaper and 2) better interface.

Since I haven’t taken any new photos recently, I thought I would take some that I hadn’t posted from my last time and try and make them into something worth posting this time around. I thought the images before were harsh and a little uninteresting, but with Focal Point, they seem to pop and have an almost HDR effort to them.
