Chark Tales That’s shark, with a ‘C’!

I think it’s a said state of affairs when you come across a story and the writer totally doesn’t know their geography. I won’t mention who or where the story is, because I don’t want to embarrass them. However, for some background information to the story, it should be pointed out that a person driving from Vancouver (that’s in British Columbia, Canada folks — on the west coast) to Boston, Massachusetts (which means a border crossing into another country) will take longer than 8 hours!

I’m not sure if the author was thinking of maybe a city in BC, like Boston Bar which is only just under 3 hours away, where instead driving to Boston, Mass is a good 3 1/2 day drive with stops for resting. Still, I’m kinda miffed by the fact that people either are sloppy with their research and knowledge, or just plain under-educated, which means a sad lack of education.

Anyway, I’ve kinda said what I wanted to say and ranted a bit. Don’t want to go on and labor the poor dog to death.
