Chark Tales That’s shark, with a ‘C’!

Okay, if you can’t tell by the subject line, I’m glad to be working. After a four month hiatus from working, I’m now once again gainfully employed, and the company I work for seems exceedingly nice. Lots of people stopped by my desk throughout the day to ask how things were going and how well I was adjusting.

I’m certain that I will like working for my supervisor, who is also relatively new to the company himself. He seems gung-ho to get things moving and projects to work on. I’ll just have to learn to prioritize and get a list of tasks going.

I spent the day looking through the company’s websites (internet and intranet) to get a feel for where things are, and while I still didn’t have my computer set up, I just looked through how the code was set up. A little topsy turvy, but I’m sure it will all become familiar in time.

First day down and many more to go I’m sure.

P.S. A definitely nice perk - parking is provided — woot!
